Our Privacy Policy

 

All users who fill out the forms on our contact page, Listener Locator webpage or call our request  and dedication line, retain complete anonymity where The Lynx is concerned. The Lynx does not acquire or collect any personal information about you. Your address and phone number, all remain your private property.

The Lynx does, however, collect information that is specific to how you use the Internet. The Lynx servers note non-personally identifying details such as, but not limited to, the server you are logged onto, the geographic location of the ISP you use, the type of browser you use, and your IP address. There are also instances where a user may provide specific personal information in response to enquiries or our survey.

This information is obtained solely for the purpose of assisting us in long term planning and strategic changes to our programming.
